Sri Sri Sri Tridandi China Jeeyar Swamiji graced the campus of Shantiniketan Vidyalaya, with his presence. He felicitated the toppers of Class X 2015 and blessed those appearing in CBSE Board Exam Class X 2016.
Swamiji expressed his pleasure on the fact that every time he visited the campus, he found improvement. He congratulated the young Executive Director Mr. Sidhartha Rao and said that his enthusiasm guided by the experience of the elders , was taking the school in the right direction.
He advised students to practice good habits and keep good company. Citing examples from the Ramayana, he told the students that help comes to the righteous from all directions, even from Nature.
Swamiji told the students that even in the 10th century, Ramanujan, the great philosopher, fought for Equality and the right of ‘untouchables’ to enter places of prayer with no restrictions whatsoever. Equality is what we should all believe in. He informed the students about the planned statue of Ramanujan which would be called the Statue of Equality. Hundreds of young voices expressed their desire to be a part of this great event.
Even after he had departed, the school campus was filled with the positive energy generated by Swamiji.
