About

Fundraiser Mobile App will be used by volunteers of the Organization to collect donations with ease. This will be a handy tool to capture donor details and issue digital receipts.
Only authorized personnel of the organization will be issued with credentials to access this application.

How it works

Volunteers that are interested to collect donations for the organization will fill an online application form, their credentials will be verified through a due-diligence process;
Approval of the application is at Committee’s discretion ; Once the application is approved, the applicant will be shared with his/her Mobile App credentials in a secured offline mode.
Fundraisers will be asked to login to this application with those credentials; Menu options are provided in the app to perform below functions

This application will not store any data locally (app device), all the details collected here are pushed to the DB server in our data center, Fundraiser can only see the donations collected by him / her.

Data Privacy

All the data captured will be used only by Organization and their staff, Committee members to serve the donors and beneficiaries.
Data captured here will not be shared with anyone else outside. Accessing users camera and location information is very key to captured details of the cheque presented by donor and the location where donation is accepted.
