Dear Bhagavadbandhus,
Bhagavad Ramanuja Acharya has spread the word of God through Visishta Advaitha Siddhantham. Ramanujacharya is considered an Acharya for the God himself. He is an epitome of knowledge and compassion. That is why, elders say – ‘ తస్మిన్ రామానుజార్యే గురురితి చ పదం భాతి ’ . In this 20th century, Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami has been spreading such a compassionate philosophy to the hearts of millions of people. Swamiji has re-established the teachings of Ramanujacharya to the modern minds in the simplest way.
37 Years of journey, unmindful of bodily comforts – Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami has been working tirelessly with utmost compassion towards anyone or anything in pain. Swamiji’s teachings reach hearts of children and scholarly with same ease!

This year’s Jeeyar Award goes to Sri Bramhasri P.B. Vijaya Raghava Sastri Garu
Bramhasri P. B. Vijaya Raghava Sastri Garu, a Ghanapati born on 11.10.1952 in a village named Vadalluppai near Kanchipuram. His parents are Bramhasri P.B.Mani Ayyar and Srimathi Kamakshi.
