VT SEVA (Volunteering together for Service) is a volunteer driven global non-profit organisation. With more than thousands of volunteers in USA, the organisation has not only been serving local community but also extending support for underprivileged in India(VTS Bharath).
Well, the latest news with VT Seva is buzzing its way across the globe rapidly! Over the past 9 years, the youth leaders of the organisation have demonstrated sincere commitment and loyalty to its mission.The members of VT Seva have now decided to proudly expand the horizon of their youth leaders to a broader scope! So, here it is…!
Mr. Priyatham Burgadda ji, 24 years old will now be the Director of Dallas, VT Seva! Congratulations and wishing him the very best! For 10th anniversary of VT Seva Dallas “TARANGINI – An act of kindness can cause a ripple effect” organized on Feb 2nd, 2019, we had Mr. Priyatham Burgadda ji to take the responsibility of “host” for past 3 months. With able guidance of Mr. Jagannathan ji (Dallas Branch director who is awesome leader with unbelievable humility), he has coordinated the planning of entire event, worked with various schools, led our volunteer meetings with absolute joy.
Similarly, Ms. Pavanya Manthena ji will be taking on the role as VT Seva National Volunteer Relations Director, Ms. Vathsalya Senapathi ji as VT Seva Compliance Officer, Mr. Uttam Indukuri ji as VT Seva Donor-Student Relations Officer. They are all younger than 25 years, their energy and new ideas will surely encourage and empower more youth to serve for a better world.
The current VTSeva team leaders, members and volunteers have successfully provided a great platform to these youngsters as volunteers, fund raisers doing door to door campaigns and phone calls, emcees, performers at cultural events (with their talents in dance, skits, music, artwork) and interns (with support of India team). It’s amazing how well they have groomed and are now taking higher responsibility to serve the organisation’s mission.
The experienced volunteers have pledged to support and mentor the young team of directors and national level leaders to serve with integrity.
VT SEVA MISSION: TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING AND TOLERANCE IN SOCIETY BY EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH WITH VALUE OF VOLUNTEERING AND PHILANTHROPY. IN TURN, OUR YOUTH WILL LEARN HOW TO PLAN, DEVELOP, AND IMPLEMENT PROJECTS FOR PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND ENVIRONMENT, PROMOTE FREE HEALTH PROGRAMS, PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION AND LIFE SKILLS TO UNDERPRIVILEGED FAMILIES, HELP ORGANIZE DISASTER RELIEF PROGRAMS IN TIME OF NEED, AND BUILD BRIDGES BETWEEN DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES.
