To upskill in one’s career, there are hundreds of training platforms and innumerable courses. To train oneself physically, there are thousands of gym centers, a variety of fitness training courses, and a huge number of ‘help’ videos. These platforms train one to grow and excel in physical, mental or intellectual spaces.

All the above either demand fees or expect a return in some way or another by the trainer or organizer that is directly or indirectly useful to them.

This is an invaluable course that is a 5 minute read that not only supports the physical, mental and intellectual spaces but also in the level of yourself, i.e. the soul level.

The invaluable course…

Why is this course invaluable?

In number 100, a soul is like that of 1 and everything else such as the body, mind and intellect are all in the place of zeros. They are valuable only when they are all given a place to the right of the digit 1. If your one is in place, all the zeros to the right of it add value. Otherwise, they have no value because they would have no response/absorb mechanism to function. This course is about that ‘one’ which is eternal and conscious, and hence it is invaluable.

At Special Fees…

This invaluable course is being graced at a special fee. If you are all ready to pay the special fee, then the course content will be explained in a duration of ‘5’ minutes!

The special fee is that you practice this course taught with utmost sraddha.

Sraddha is defined as
ruchi pu:rvaka thwara
an intense desire to achieve a goal immediately

The purpose and the goal of the course…

The purpose of the course is to help you live in fullest potential while marching ahead in good direction for post current life. The goal is to spend 24 by 7 in worshiping the divine supreme so that you are doing what you are meant to!

We may feel this is impossible and impractical, but it isn’t. How can one spend 24 by 7 when there are many responsibilities in life?

The 24 by 7 Practice…

God dwells everywhere. He also indwells you, making you a mobile temple. Your body is the ‘wall’ with several entry and exit interaction points for the indwelling God.

You wash your face because the interface of indwelling God must be clean and neat.
You take something in through your mouth because you want to offer it as naivedya to the indwelling God.
You need a clean place to stay because you want the body, mobile temple, to be there for doing all the activities.

Every activity that you do is either a submission inward or an execution outward to and for the indwelling God respectively.

This is explained by Sri Krushna in Bhagavad Githa…

yajna sishta:sinas santho:
muchyanthe: sarvakilbishaihi |
bhunjathe: the: thvagham pa:pa:ha
ye: pachanthy a:thmaka:rana:th || 3.13

yajna sishta:mrutha bhujo:
ya:nthi bramha sana:thanam |
na:yam lo:ko::sthya yajnasya
kutho:nyah kurusaththama ! || 4.31

If you conduct yourself with the bhavana as explained, the activity becomes bhagavad aradhana and amrutha, eternally beneficial. Otherwise it becomes a papa, sin.
