Everyday, we look at a mirror to check and tune our appearance to our desired looks. This is for physical appearance. As a human being, we are more than what we look on the outside and what our body needs. We are given the special ability to use our thoughts for the purpose of higher benefits. We are made to realize truths about life and respond properly in all situations for the betterment of current life and to pave a good path for the after-life. We are made to be a social being working for the sake of others around us and to be empathetic…

Is there a mirror that can validate our thoughts and behavior?

The ‘mirrors’ we need for validating our thoughts and behavior are Sri Ram mandirs. Sri Rama never wished for any temple for himself. He never said He was God. He declared that he is a human being and stood as a perfect example of how a human being must live. His life is a depiction of human values. He does not need a temple for himself. It is us who need a temple with Sri Ram in it so we all can visit, pay respects and look up to Him to live up to the standard of a human being.

He possessed knowledge that is called five-fold wisdom.
He has complete clarity on his identity, goal, obstacles, tools/means, and knowledge of the ultimate thatthva, reality.

Supported by this knowledge, He led life to practice it at five-levels.
Rama followed dharma for himself, family, society, Nature and towards God. He learnt what is right from the teachings of several gurus and practiced it in his lifetime without any deviations. He was respected, loved, and worshiped by not just humans, but also different species and nature.

Sri Ramayanam recorded that the birth place of Sri Ramachandra is Ayodhya at the banks of river Sarayu. We are all very blessed to witness regaining the glory of Rama’s birth place rightfully with a beautiful mandir, set to take place on Jan 22nd 2024. Remember, this is for our sake.

For as long as we want humanity to prosper in the universe, we need Ram mandirs to be an example and lead us. This is a global cause for nurturing values in human beings.
