Githa Parayana was conducted on the eve of Gita Jayanti and hundis were given to members for Ramanuja Sashrabadi.

Gita competitions were held and Gita books were distributed in 18 schools. Some muslim school children also participated in the Gita competitions and also won some prizes. Addl. D C P Annapurna and K Devedar a Rao were chief guests and VT President Goutam Rao also participated in the programme.
