Today is Sravana Purnima. We call it also as Ra:khee Pu:rnima. All Vedic Students perform Upa:karma on this very auspicious day. JET Vedic Students are here in NRI during Pushkara Prayuktha Brahma Yajnam also performed Upa:karma in the guidance of their gurus in the morning. HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji and HH Ahobila Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji blessed them and inculcated all the initial manthras of Vedas, Upanishads, Ithihasas,Puranas, Sri Pa:nchara:thra A:gama, Divya Prabandham, Brahma Su:thras and Sthothras.
Today Sri Ramanuja Ashtatthara Satanama:vali Pooja took place after the theeratha Goshtti under the guidance of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. Morning session is concluded with nithry purnahuthi followed by Prasada Goshti.
