2013 June 9: Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam was grandly performed under the guidance & presence of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji at San Antonio, Texas.
This celestial wedding is conducted for Lord Vishnu’s ‘human’ incarnation as Sri Rama.
The wonderfully decorated deities of Sri Rama and Sita Devi were made to sit on the flower-bedecked mandapam and the priests conducted the celestial wedding ceremony by following the procedures laid down in the scriptures in the presence of acharyas, scholars and large number of devotees.
